Returns Policy

RETURN POLICY sale items

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE and therefore not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. Please use our sizing guide to determine the best fit, as sale items cannot be returned.

RETURN POLICY full price items

  • If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we apply a 14 days right of return policy. Please ship unwanted items back within 7-10 days so that we can have it back in the store by 14 days.
  • Returned items must be unused and unwashed in original packaging.
  • Original sales receipts must be attached with all returns.
  • Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for shipping costs and lost packages. Please keep a record of your tracking number when shipping the package.
  • Once the goods are received back at our warehouse the refund will be issued.
  • You will not be reimbursed for the shipping charge.
  • The goods must be returned to the address on the return of the package.

RETURN POLICY custom orders

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on custom orders, but if something isn't right, we are happy to work with you to rectify it.

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • If you would like a different size or colour, please return your original purchase and place a new order online.
